now that I'm over my ranty-angry state....

I miss going to random malls and finding cheap stuff to buy
I miss going to comic stores and selecting which of the many new comics to buy
I miss going out of the comic stores with 20 or more comics in my arms each time
I miss good cheap food
I miss drooling over Honda City cars
I miss hanging out with the family
I miss buying cheap movies and then watching it rame rame
I miss saying Indonesian words and people actually understanding them
I miss fatso-bert and my little soujiro-bert who acted as the over-early alarm clock every morning without fail
I miss the feeling of relief when entering an air-conditioned room
Hell I even miss the haunted bathroom...

And from this trip, I learnt many important and invaluable lessons....
1. You know you're a social retard when your conservative asian mother and aunts are making dirty jokes that you don't quite understand.
2. Even heated arguements will sound like music to your ears when you've got headphones blaring rock plugged into them.
3. Eating grilled corn tastes the best when you've cooked it yourself and covered it with butter using a toothbrush.
4. When you have a sore throat and don't have any water to drink, under no circumstances think that you can handle eating a really hot laksa.
5. 2+2 does not = 3.
5. Prices will keep going down with each store you visit.


But on the other hand, by coming back here, I was able to nab an eye shade mask thing for free. They're really quite handy~
